Infant Massage Class Series
A nurturing experience for parents and babies
Infant massage is a beautiful way to deepen the bond between you and your baby while learning to recognize and respond to the subtle ways your baby communicates with you. Through gentle touch and guided instruction, parents learn techniques that support their babyโs comfort, development, and sense of security.
Research shows that babies who receive regular massage may sleep more deeply and longer, spend more time alert and engaged for learning, strengthen bonding and attachment with their parents, and experience improved digestion and elimination.
This class is offered as a three-class series, allowing parents and babies to learn gradually and comfortably while building confidence with the techniques.
