Do I need any experience to attend a Wellness or Yoga Class?

All our Instructors are experienced teachers who welcome participants of ANY experience, including NONE!

Do I have to register to attend a Wellness or Yoga Class?

Accepted Answer

No.  But we ask that you arrive a few minutes early to sign-in, complete consent forms, and settle into your practice space.

Question 3

Do I have to do all the poses in a Yoga Class?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not.  Every participant does exactly what his/her/their body allows, and should never strain to achieve any position or stretch.

Please talk with the instructor before the class starts if you have concerns regarding movement, positions,  and how they can accommodate your body's needs.
