About the event
Sound Immersion Yoga blends breath, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, while sound bowls are played in vibration with the chakra system.
The chakras are our internal energy body system, and while we move are physical body, we are able to open these chakras for a more alignment in both our inner, and outer bodies. The sounds that resonates with each chakra help us to tune in to our inner world, and explore all that we wish to release, transform, express, and appreciate. Join us for this expansive flow that will help each attendee find more peace and love, for self, others and all beings.
No prior yoga experience required. Come as you are. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign-in, complete consent forms, and settle into your practice space. Doors will be locked at the start of class.
