Description
Chair Yoga is a gentle, grounded way to move your body—perfect if you want the benefits of yoga without getting down on the floor. Rooted in breath and mindfulness, this practice supports strength, flexibility, and nervous system regulation—all at a pace that feels nourishing. It’s a beautiful practice for anyone in a season of transition or healing, and even longtime yogis often discover new depth and awareness through this gentle form. Come as you are—this is movement that meets you where you’re at. All bodies, all experiences, all phases of life are welcome. This class is 60 minutes in length and taught by advanced yoga teacher Teresa Biggs, RYT-500. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign-in, complete consent forms, and settle into your practice space. Doors will be locked at the start of each class. Mats and Props provided.
