Cycle Breakers: A Women’s Circle for Reclaiming Voice & Self This 1-hour monthly women’s circle is a space to gently unpack and transform the patterns of self-abandonment, overgiving, and silence many women have been conditioned into. What is a cycle breaker? A Cycle-Breaker is someone who is willing to interrupt inherited patterns of suppression, reclaim their voice, and return to the wisdom of herSelf. Each circle is guided with a trauma-informed, choice-based approach, allowing each participant to move at their own pace and can include: Guided discussion and reflection Somatic practices and sacred movement Nervous system regulation tools Journaling and voice activation Shared witnessing in a safe, supportive circle Each Circle will gently and courageously explore different themes such as boundaries, anger, truth-telling, people-pleasing, guilt, worthiness, and embodied self-trust. ✨ No experience necessary
