Open Mic Night at Karma House Featuring Thomas Walk of Mental Health Through Art Join us for an inspiring evening of creative expression, storytelling, poetry, and community connection at Karma House Community Wellness Center. This special Open Mic Night will feature Thomas Walk, founder of Mental Health Through Art β a veteran poet, Telly Award winner, recipient of nine national awards, and Emmy-nominated artist whose work uses spoken word and creative expression as powerful tools for healing, self-discovery, and mental wellness. Thomas will share pieces of his own powerful spoken word poetry and help guide the evening as we open the space for others in the community to step forward and share their voices. Whether youβre a poet, musician, storyteller, writer, or someone who simply loves listening and witnessing the creativity of others, Open Mic Night is for everyone. Bring something to share or simply come and enjoy an evening filled with authenticity, artistry, and meaningful connection. β¨ This is a welcoming, supportive space where creativity becomes a bridge for community and healing.
