Living in our chaotic and fragmented society is difficult. Knowing oneself is key to engaging with the world, and an awareness practice can support us in relating to our lives. With many years of meditation training, Pricilla teaches a simple sitting practice for students of all ages and experience. What Can I Expect? In this secular-focused meditation class, Priscilla will instruct you in a guided practice with opportunities for Q&A following. This offering is donation based. Registration is encouraged but not required. Class is 30 minutes in length. Please arrive a few minutes early to meet Priscilla and get settled.
