Moving With the Moon & the Body’s Wisdom This women’s wellness yoga class is a cyclical journey designed to support the menstrual cycle and the natural life phase transitions of women and people with wombs. Each week, we align with the current phase of the moon to explore the corresponding season of the menstrual cycle and life cycle—honoring cyclicity as our innate nature rather than something to override or fix. Through therapeutic, accessible yoga practices, breathwork, and guided reflection, we will explore how to move with the body’s changing needs—supporting regulation, vitality, rest, and intuitive awareness. Each phase invites a different quality of movement and attention: Spring / Waxing Moon Follicular phase · Menarche · Post-menopausal rebirth A season of renewal, curiosity, and gentle outward energy Summer / Full Moon Ovulation · Generative life phase A time of strength, expression, confidence, and connection Autumn / Waning Moon Pre-menstrual phase · Perimenopause A phase of discernment, release, boundary-setting, and inner listening Winter / New Moon Menstruation · Menopause The season of deep rest, restoration, and inward renewal Yoga practices are customized to each phase to support hormonal balance, nervous system regulation, and a deeper relationship with the body’s wisdom. This class is inclusive of all women and people with wombs—whether you menstruate, are in transition, or are post-menopausal. Come to reconnect with your cyclical nature. Come to remember that rest, change, and renewal are not interruptions—they are the rhythm. Led by: Teresa Biggs, RYT-500, DOM, is an Advanced Yoga Teacher, Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Feminine Embodiment Guide, and Somatic Trauma Therapy–Certified practitioner. With over fifteen years in integrative health, she weaves evidence-based medicine with embodied wisdom to support women in reclaiming their intuition, regulating their nervous systems, and honoring their cyclical nature. Teresa is also a Reiki Master, educator, author, and host of Your Cyclical Nature Podcast, she helps women return to their bodies, their power, and their cyclical brilliance.
