Designed with the workday in mind, this session will include simple movements you can easily incorporate throughout your day to support your physical body and emotional well-being.

All bodies, all experiences, and all phases of life are welcome—come as you are, and leave feeling more connected, calm, and supported. This class is a gentle journey of self-discovery and relaxation, designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.  Be supported in calming the nervous system, connecting to your body wisdom, & supporting a relaxed state of being. Yin Yoga stimulates the energy meridians of the body, nourishing you on every level -  physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. ABOUT

A conscious effort to leave behind what no longer serves you and to open up to what brings you happiness

Yoga for Stress is designed as a bridge between the hustle of the work week and the freedom of the weekend.  We'll focus on releasing the accumulated stress and worries of the week, creating space for relaxation and rejuvenation — helping you let go of any tension held in your body and mind.   As we transition from the week's responsibilities, we'll open up space for joy and play preparing you to fully embrace the pleasures of the weekend.  This class is a ritual of transition, a conscious effort to leave behind what no longer serves you and to open up to what brings you happiness.

This class is trauma-informed and open to all levels.
