ABOUT

A conscious effort to leave behind what no longer serves you and to open up to what brings you happiness

Yoga for Stress is designed as a bridge between the hustle of the work week and the freedom of the weekend.  We'll focus on releasing the accumulated stress and worries of the week, creating space for relaxation and rejuvenation — helping you let go of any tension held in your body and mind.   As we transition from the week's responsibilities, we'll open up space for joy and play preparing you to fully embrace the pleasures of the weekend.  This class is a ritual of transition, a conscious effort to leave behind what no longer serves you and to open up to what brings you happiness.

This class is trauma-informed and open to all levels.
